Not random. Increased difficulty only mean increased rolling "luck" by the computer. Make it truly random and you have a good game.

Good graphics BUT that is all, dice are not true reflections of numbers. IF you pay real cash, lets you win. Frustrating and terrible!!! There are better games out there.

Been playing this for a month and I have noticed that the computer gets way more doubles than I ever do. Kind a like its fixed to the computers advantage. Really frustrating

The cube is the essence of game. Cant tell you how many times weaker players hit only roll poss to win. Using cube, game never gets that far.

The graphic design is nice and runs smoothly. Dice is not random and can even be anticipated. This turns the backgammon from a game of strategy peppered with chance to a pure game of predetermined outcome! It also allows for hitting an opponent checker and moving to safety which is odd. Anyhow, the problem with non-random dice undermines the app significantly. Some of the online players are algorithms as well!

Dont waste your time and patience. The game is clearly rigged. Ive had players come back from more than 100 point deficits to win the game. I have better luck finding a royal flush than winning this game against "real opponents" Get real....

Its a good app. I just have always played you need the exact number rolled to put your chips away. Not if you roll a 6 and can put a chip away anywhere inside the 6 sleeve. But its a good functioning all.

This is the best backgammon game Ive found. Ive used this game for many years, playing 1,000s of games. Couldnt be better! The review that says "it cheats" is absurd. Thats sour grapes over losing.

Computer is lateraly cheating

Does not give me points when I win but takes away the points when I lose. Not worth it. Will be using another app.

It is a good game but after a while you will start to see the patterns in the rolls and get very frustrated because it is nowhere near random. It rolls however it is programmed to in order to give you the length of game you want. Also if you turn all sounds off, the ads still play sounds very loud so dont try to play in bed or anywhere you need to be silent! Uninstalling.

Computer has a clear advantage.

Do not buy unless you want game which cheats Wow never owned a game which cheats. Hard level cheats on rolls. At first i refused to believe but then started entering the rolls into a program my buddy built for me to test it. The verdict - game cheats or it is astronomically lucky.

Just deleted the game for good!! I just couldnt stand the cheating!!!! I mean seriously...I get all my guys but 2 to the last side with four of the computers pieces trapped. I double and the computer agrees. Then the dice make me split my pieces leaving one open, the computer just happens to get the right roll to get that one piece so Im on the block, then manages to get just the right rolls to fill in his side, locking me out. Then after he finally has to leave openings, asks me to double again. Of course I dont. Too many times Ive said ok then rolled 3 or 4 times before getting out leaving me no chance of winning!! Even if I happen to get close the computer will roll a double or two. Ridiculous!!! Im done!!!

The game is rigged, pure and simple. Even in easy mode, it is hard to have a close game. Dont waste your time getting a game that barely deserves a star.

Ive probably played over 1000 online matches with this app, and I agree with almost every other review on here - the dice are rigged. Its almost like there is a predetermined winner at the beginning of each match. Sometimes is goes with you, sometimes against you, but one thing is for sure, every roll is NOT a random outcome. Its a huge shame because this is a great platform, but whatever dice algorithm is being used is extremely frustrating.
